Dandelion and Isatis tinctoria root solution for injections
Ingredients: 500g Dandelion (Taraxacum mongolicum); 500g woad root (Isatis tinctoria); 250g Indian Chrysantheme (Chrysanthemum indicum); 1000g Asiatic dayflower (Commelina communis). Total yield of medicine: 1125 ml
Making: Crush the above materials, add the appropriate amount of water and boil three times after soaking. Cook for the first time for one hour (until water boils water), for the second and third time for half an hour with boiling water. Filter each time and mix the filtrate. Thicken until it becomes a strong syrup. When stirring add three times the amount of 95% ethanol. Then rest for 24 hours and filter. By reducing the pressure in the filtrate, distill the ethanol until no alcohol smell is present. Then add water (which can also be used for injection) until a volume of 1125 ml is reached. Stir evenly and store in a cool place for 24 hours. Then filter finely, fill the container, seal and disinfect it. Immediately ready for use.
Specification: One ml equals 2 g of medicine and one syringe is equivalent to 5 ml
Function: heat-lowering, detoxifying; heat dissipating; blood cooling
Indication: infections in the upper respiratory tract, flu, hyperthermia
Application: Intramuscular injection.
Quantity: piglets 5 ml, adult pigs 15-20 ml.
